1. Sales activity
- Find and bring new customers
- Sales representative of competition up to fix contract and site report.
- Representative of Handover document and payment control
- Quick and warmly action for client support
2. Risk management
- Manage the risk of construction and explain it in sales talk
- Control risk of client payment and negotiate about payment term
- Proper report of site progress to client
- Take care existing customer and keep good relationship
